In a bold and refreshing move, the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has introduced a new nomination-based Golden Visa policy, revolutionizing the way Indians and Bangladeshis can now gain lifetime residency — without needing to invest in multi-crore properties or businesses.

If the background check is successful, Rayad Group nominates the applicant and sends their file to UAE authorities for the final decision.

This first phase is currently being tested in:

  1. India

  2. Bangladesh

Other CEPA countries like China may follow soon.

  1. One Vasco centres (India & Bangladesh)

  2. Registered Rayad Group offices

  3. Online portal

  4. Dedicated call centre

Once approved, you’ll receive:

  2. No renewal required

Unlike the property-based visa, which expires when you sell the property, the nomination-based visa stays forever.
