The couple who got hitched on December 11, 2020, have both unfollowed each other on Instagram, sparking a huge debate about trouble in their marriage.

In a more telling move, Yuzvendra Chahal has reportedly deleted all pics with Dhanashree from his Instagram profile. Dhanashree, however, has unfollowed Yuzvendra but kept the shared moments on her profile. Such moves have led fans to be puzzled and worried.

A report from Times of India quoted sources close to the couple saying that the divorce rumors are indeed true. "The divorce is inevitable, and it's only a matter of time before it becomes official. The exact reasons for their separation are not known yet, but it's clear that the couple has decided to move on with their lives separately," said a source.

The first whispers of a rift began in 2023 when Dhanashree dropped "Chahal" from her Instagram name. This change coincided with a cryptic post from Yuzvendra that read, "New life loading." While the couple initially dismissed these rumors—with Yuzvendra posting a note urging fans not to believe in or spread unverified information—the current developments suggest otherwise.

Dhanashree and Yuzvendra found love in lockdown 2020. Sharing a journey on the show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 11, Dhanashree further said, "During the lockdown, no matches were happening and all the cricketers are at home frustrated. One day Yuzi decides he wants to learn dance, he had been seeing my social media dance videos and came approaching me to become his teacher. I agreed and how it all begun."

While fans go on speculating and hoping for an official word about the status quo of their relationship, neither Dhanashree nor Yuzvendra have made any comments regarding the issue.
