KRAFTON RESPONSE:-
As of Thursday, BGMI was removed from all app stores including Google PlayStore
and Apple App Store, those who have already game installed on their device can still
play. Let’s see what Krafton has said in this dispute.
The Krafton company said that "the security and privacy of user data are paramount
for them and it has always complied with Indian laws.
Hyunil Sohn, the CEO of Krafton India said,” We kindly request you to wait to hear
from us. We’ll keep you collectively fostering the gaming ecosystem in India.”
GOOGLE RESPONSE:-
Google India has said,” We have received an order, following the established process, we have
notified the affected developer and have blocked access to the app that was available on the Play
Store in India which is big in numbers in downloads”.
Hyunil added,” We are committed to the Indian market and are positive about the opportunities in the
country.
GAME FUTURE:-
Let’s see what come up next, hoping that government will take right
decisions regarding Indian players
of BGMI. We just need to wait for the
new update.
